Personal Injury Attorney Kurt London handles personal injury cases as a partner of London | Harker – including car accidents and other vehicular accidents involving commercial trucks, buses, other public transportation, pedestrians, motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles. He also handles cases involving wrongful death, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, and almost any other kind of case involving an injury.

Kurt graduated from Brigham Young University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Art degree. He then worked as a paralegal for a large Utah disability law firm before law school. Kurt completed his Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark, School of Law in 2016.

While in law school, Kurt served as an editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review, President of Phi Delta Phi, and President of the Trial Advocacy Team. Kurt also had the opportunity to compete in several Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions across the country. Due to his participation in the local and legal community, he was awarded the Faculty Award for Meritorious Achievement and Distinguished Service and the Public Interest Service Award.
Following his graduation from law school, Kurt was an attorney at the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center representing people that were wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit. He then worked for two of Utah’s largest personal injury law firms, Robert J. DeBry and Associates and Craig Swapp and Associates, where he litigated and worked with personal injury clients for years.

Kurt handles every aspect of an injury case from pre-litigation to litigation. Kurt conducts small claims trials, arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials. He is committed to aggressively pursuing a just resolution whether it be in or out of court. Kurt’s zealous advocacy has resulted in millions of dollars annually in recovery for his clients in multiple states.

Kurt London is licensed to practice law in the states of Utah, Montana, and Arizona and is a member of those state bars. He is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, Utah Association of Justice (UAJ), and sits on UAJ’s Legislative Affairs Committee. Kurt also serves as the current board president of the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center

His personal interests include camping, hiking, backpacking, reading, swimming, weightlifting, and enjoying time with his family.
